MATERIALS

* POLYURETHANE SOLES
Rough uniformly the sole and apply SAR 306.
The roughing is fundamental as it assures that from the soles are removed possible impurities due to the ageing or to the presence of release agent.
* PVC SOLES
Wash the sole with a cloth soaked in SOLVENTE 31714 or SOLVENTE LB-20 (without POLVERE LB-20), wait for 5 minutes and apply SAR 306.
* TR RUBBER SOLES
Apply BAGNO LB-20 (SOLVENTE LB-20 + POLVERE LB-20) and wait for at least 20 minutes. It is important the brush has no metallic parts that can react with BAGNO LB-20, then apply SAR 306

*TUNITH SOLES (NEOLITE)
Uniformly rough. Apply BAGNO LB-20 (as TR sole), wait for 20 minutes, then apply SAR 306.
*  SBR RUBBER SOLES
Rough the sole. Apply BAGNO LB-20 and wait for at least 2 hours; then apply SAR 306.

APPLICATION

– Apply the adhesive onto duly prepared surfaces
– let it dry for 15 - 20 minutes at room temperature
– then reactivate at 70 - 80°C
– and immediately couple and press at 4 - 6 Kg./cm2 for 10 seconds
– after 24 hours you’ll get the final adhesion
– an addition of 3 - 5% of hardener DESMODUR RC improves the adhesion to all materials, especially recommended for difficult supports such as SBR -TPR - PVC - PU - PA - ABS rubbers, greased leathers, HYTREL, etc.
– after having added the DESMODUR RC we recommend to reactivate – within approx. an hour from its application - the adhesive blend applied onto the involved support
– blend shelf-life (adhesive plus hardener DESMODUR RC 33105): over 4 hours
Notes: it is suggested to use the adhesive at temperatures not lower than 18°; in case the material is stocked in cold ambients, recondition before using

PACKING - Tin of Kg. 15 net weight
STORAGE - Shelf life: about 24 months if stored in well closed original packings in a dry and airy place. Keep from freezing and extreme heat
